How to apply (Knee)

1.Begin by positioning yourself in a comfortable posture to stabilize the painful area of the knee. Apply the tape around the kneecap without stretching it. It’s more effective if the tape extends to cover one-third of the thigh. After attaching the tape, gently rub the taped area and bend and straighten the knee about twice.

2. Cut the tape to the same length and apply it to the opposite side of the knee, again without stretching. Lightly rub the tape to secure it in place.

3. Additional taping can be applied depending on the pain or condition. After taping, assess the movement.

4. Apply additional tape just below the knee, stretching the tape while leaving the ends unstretched.
