1. Position the Body
- Ask the individual to lean forward slightly, as shown in the image. This will gently stretch the back muscles and allow for better tape application.
2. Apply the Vertical Strips

Anchor: Begin by anchoring the first strip just above the sacrum (lower spine) with no stretch.

Apply: Run the strip upwards along the spine, applying light tension to provide support without restricting movement.
- Repeat the process with the second vertical strip on the opposite side of the spine.
3. Apply the Horizontal Strip

Anchor: Place the horizontal strip across the two vertical strips near the lower back.

Stretch: Apply this strip with moderate tension, ensuring it holds the two vertical strips securely in place.

Smooth: Rub the tape to activate the adhesive and ensure it stays in place during movement.
