How to apply (Lower Back)

1. Position the Body

  • Ask the individual to lean forward slightly, as shown in the image. This will gently stretch the back muscles and allow for better tape application.

2. Apply the Vertical Strips

  • Anchor: Begin by anchoring the first strip just above the sacrum (lower spine) with no stretch.
  • Apply: Run the strip upwards along the spine, applying light tension to provide support without restricting movement.
  • Repeat the process with the second vertical strip on the opposite side of the spine.

3. Apply the Horizontal Strip

  • Anchor: Place the horizontal strip across the two vertical strips near the lower back.
  • Stretch: Apply this strip with moderate tension, ensuring it holds the two vertical strips securely in place.
  • Smooth: Rub the tape to activate the adhesive and ensure it stays in place during movement.
