1. Position the Neck
- Slightly tilt the head forward to stretch the back of the neck.
- Ensure the individual is in a comfortable position to allow for proper application.
2. Apply the Anchor
- Place the base of the "Y" strip just below the base of the neck.
- Anchor it without stretch to provide stability and prevent irritation.
3. Apply the Arms of the "Y" Strip

First Arm: Run one arm of the "Y" strip along the upper trapezius muscle toward the shoulder blade. Use light tension.

Second Arm: Apply the other arm along the other side of the trapezius muscle or upper neck. Ensure it mirrors the first arm with similar tension.
